Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and documentation. Please note that customized items, including personalized engravings or special orders, are not eligible for return or exchange due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at hello@chopperkingblades.shop with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for sending the item back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the same return process. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you. Exchange requests are subject to product availability, and any price differences will be communicated during the process.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photographs of the damaged product along with your order number. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
